At Appraisal Linx, Inc., we understand that the appraisal is an integral part of the loan process and so must our appraisers.  We expect our appraiser’s reports to be truthful, honest and realistic.  We expect our appraiser’s service to be communicative and professional.  Lastly, we expect our appraiser’s turnaround times to be prompt.

 

In order to facilitate these expectations, Appraisal Linx acts as the coach throughout the appraisal process.  We do this by educating our appraisers on new lending guidelines, fostering a strong professional relationship with each panel member, and paying the appraisers the fees they deem reasonable and customary at time of engagement. We make sure our appraisers understand that communication and thoroughness are vital components of the appraisal order process and that we expect the highest degree of integrity and professional standards.
