Our manual and automated reviews integrate your specific appraisal guidelines so that the finished product adheres to your requirements.  While some appraisal companies use 100% automated review tools and others claim to only use a 100% manual review process, Appraisal Linx boasts the utilization of both an automated and manual review for every appraisal ordered and the use of a second level review for high risk appraisal reports.

Every appraisal report uploaded to our website initially undergoes an automated review performed by our appraisal management software.  The report is then manually reviewed by a member of our review team. Every member of our review team has completed an Appraisal Ethics course and regularly attends the National USPAP update seminars.
